What does "clean beauty" mean for Grace | Rae?
For us, clean means every ingredient in our formulas has earned its place and nothing is included just to fill a bottle. We formulate without synthetic fragrance, parabens, sulfates, phthalates, or known endocrine disruptors. Every product is filler-free, and tested for sensitive skin.
What is your refund policy?
Due to the nature of our products we do not accept Returns or Exchanges. We appreciate your understanding.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes, we provide free standard shipping on all orders over $100. For orders under $100, a small shipping fee applies, which will be shown at checkout.
Are your products safe for sensitive skin?
All Grace | Rae formulas are developed with sensitive skin as the baseline, not an afterthought. We avoid the most common irritants (synthetic fragrance, alcohol, sulfates) and test every product for tolerability. If your skin is highly reactive or you have a diagnosed skin condition, we always recommend patch testing on your inner arm for 24 hours before full use.
What skin types does Grace | Rae work for?
Our formulas are designed to work across all skin types — dry, combination, oily, and sensitive. All products are tested for each skin type as standard.
How long before I see results?
Most customers notice a difference in skin texture and hydration within 5–7 days. For visible brightening and barrier improvement, we recommend 30 days of consistent use. Skin cell turnover takes time — clean actives work with your biology, not against it. Results are real, they just aren't overnight.
Is the Barrier Balm heavy or greasy?
